Our July meeting will be on Tuesday, April 21, 2026. It will be our annual chapter picnic which will be at the WASW-TV studios, 1114 Grand Ave in Wausau. RSVP details are in the newsletter. There will be no Zoom meeting this month.
Our February meeting will be on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at Noon at the Out-O-Town Club in Kaukauna. Zoom information will be sent to members once it is available.
Our March meeting will be on Tuesday, March 18 at Noon at the Out-O-Town Club in Kaukauna. Our program will be from Ben Marth and Perry Priestly of Broadcast Electronics who will be covering AM MCDL and FM RDS. If you can not attend in person, Zoom information is in the newsletter.
Our January Meeting will be our annual Holiday Social and Dinner at the Out-O-Town Club in Kaukauna. Social hour begins at 5:30 PM and dinner will begin at approximately 6:30 PM. There will be no Zoom link for this meeting.
Our November meeting will be on Tuesday, November 21st at the Out-O-Town Club at Noon. This month’s meeding with cover the latest happenings in the SBE, given by Jim Ragsdale. Our August meeting will be on Tuesday, August 15th, at Noon at the Out-O-Town Club in Kaukauna. The program will be an interesting video that will look at the similarities of wave behavior. Vice Chair Matt Converse found the video and it covers wave behavior and provides historical context. Zoom information for those who can’t make it in person is in the newsletter.
Our March meeting will be on Tuesday, March 21st, at 11:30 AM (please note the earlier start time) at the Out-O-Town Club in Kaukauna. Our business meeting and lunch will be followed by a 1 PM tour of the Fox Energy Center natural gas power plant located in Wrightstown near the Out-O-Town Club. In order to attend the tour, you must pre-register by contacting John Pfankuch (contact info in the newsletter) no later than Friday, March 17th. The majority of the tour will be outdoors so dress appropriately. Due to the tour, the Zoom call will be limited to the business meeting. Zoom information is in the newsletter.
