April 2019 News and Notes
Our April meeting will be on Tuesday, April 16th at Noon at the Out-O-Town Club in Kaukauna. A “Dutch treat” luncheon will be followed by a short program at 12:50 pm. The program, entitled “Observations at NAB 2019”, will be given by John Pfankuch and others.

Our March Meeting will be Tuesday, March 19th at Noon at the Out-O-Town Club in Kaukauna.
Our program will be presented by Greg Martin of Rhode & Schwartz. He will be discussing their RelayCaster IP based streaming encoder.

January 2019 News and Notes
Our January meeting will be our annual Holiday Party on Tuesday, January 15th at 6:00 PM at the Out-O-Town Club in Kaukauna. Our speaker will be John Maino. He has written 3 books which are collections of Northeast Wisconsin World War II Veterans accounts of their service.

December 2018 News and Notes
There will be no formal December meeting. A few members will still meet at the Out-O-Town Club at Noon on Tuesday, December 18 for an informal luncheon. All are welcome if your schedule permits.
Our next meeting will be Tuesday, January 15th and will be the Christmas Party. Cocktails will begin at 6 PM with dinner starting at 6:30 followed by a presentation by John Maino.

2017 Broadcasters Clinic Wins SBE Award

Very proud to accept this award tonight on behalf of the Clinic planning committee and all the attendees. This award is from the Society of Broadcast Engineers National Meeting. The 2017 Broadcast Clinic was named the Best Regional Educational Event. Special recognition should go to our Chair Kent Aschenbrenner (Milwaukee Chapter 28), Linda Baun (who we all know does so much for Broadcast Clinic, and to Leonard Charles, immediate past Chair of the Clinic Committee. These individuals and countless others worked very hard in 2017 and every year to put together a great event.

September 2018 News and Notes
Our September meeting will be on Tuesday, September 18th at Noon at the Out-O-Town Club in Kaukauna. Our program will be “Fiber 101.” This will be an interactive presentation. We will start with a summary of the fundamentals of fiber optic systems and their uses in today’s business world.
